Aloha from Maui, Hawaii!

Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by wellness, always experimenting with how I can be healthier and sharing that knowledge with others.

My passion is to help others feel their best and make the leaps in healing that I believe is truly possible.

The scoop on me!

My passion for wellness began in the Midwest, growing up alongside my health-conscious parents, who opted to make their own peanut butter instead of buying in to the processed kinds all my peers were eating. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a degree in psychology and art, my passion for adventure, art, and good food took me to Italy. In Rome and Tuscany, I savored the Italian masterpieces and delicacies while teaching English and leading biking/hiking tours through the countryside.

I spent the next 10 years traveling and living throughout Europe, Asia, and India, sampling vast ranges of local flavors, finding my breath through meditation, mastering a variety of massage modalities, and recognizing my true passion: health and wellness.

Integrating Eastern and Western philosophies, I became a massage therapist with a degree from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and trainings in Thai and Ayurvedic massage from Thailand and India. Aligned with my interest in the workings of the body, I intensely studied yoga throughout India, eventually getting my yoga teacher certification from Maya Yoga in Maui.

Using my knowledge and experience of the body's amazing healing system, I underwent fasts and cleanses while living on the Thai islands. Observing myself as well as researching the effects of nutrition on the body, I realized that the best way to obtain fresh vegetables and fruits was by growing them myself. On the Hawaiian Islands I volunteered at organic farms, discovering the joy of eating locally and sustainably.

Exploring my own deep patterns, I am constantly learning how to translate this growth in supporting others on their journey. I found myself offering coaching to friends and family because all I wanted to do was help others feel their best. With this recognition, I took my passion to the next level and became an Eating Psychology Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology, and have been loving supporting people around their challenges with weight, body image, emotional eating, and other health concerns.
